Community Vacation

It's strange starting out a blog with a vacation, but it's that time of the year! 5 of us will leave tomorrow morning for a "community vacation". That means that some of us will go together to a place to have some rest and recreation! So, don't be surprised if we do not post much in the next week.

I hope you enjoy all the pictures on our website, etc. from World Youth Day and other places. Pray for us as we pray for all of you! God bless you!

I love the blog! The picture is so great! So TEXAS! I miss my friend and "daughter" Sarah, but I am happy for her, and I know she's in the good hands of all of you, dear sisters in Christ! Thank you for being there for her. She had searched and prayed for a long time. I hope to get down that way to see her, and meet all of you, too.

PAX CHRISTI,
susie (from Omaha) :)

What else did we do on vacation? Well, in a nutshell, we...took the "mule" and the jeep out to look for driftwood, watched "Return of the King" AGAIN, grilled fish, watched the bears, deer, wild turkeys, and chipmunks in our back yard eating corn and seed, went to Mass, took naps, shopped, looked at some incredibly beautiful nature, utilized the hammock, took pictures, laughed a lot, toasted marshmallows over a fire, and...lots more. I've signed up for next summer.
