Today, September 12th -- The Feast of the Holy Name of MaryThis Feast is celebrated every year in our Community. Every Sister has Mary in her name one way or another. She is our model and our advocate.
After the siege of Vienna and the glorious victory of Sobieskl over the Turks (12 Sept., 1683), the feast was extended to the universal Church by Innocent XI (taken from www.newadvent.org).
May Mary intercede for you all! May Mary pray for us our country (and for the next election)!

Amen!! How we need our Blessed Mother! Pray Hope Don't worry. Padre Pio said. Let us run to her and pray for our country, this election and for Divine Mercy. There is a dark time ahead, but a time of cleansing for the Church. She will protect us. Close to her Immaculate heart we must remain.
